-- Improved WAR legal files inclusion
-- removed top level trunk license and notice, as they were overwriting maven
generated ones
-- removed wrong DEPENDENCIES and NOTICE from docs assembly (only left LICENSE
and incubator DISCLAIMER)
-- removed RELEASE-NOTES.txt (for now refer to jira, later we can generate
release notes automatically using the maven-changes-plugin)
