The current TCK versions tests assume that after a document creation and N
check ins there will only be N +1 versions in the version series. This is not
necessarily true and is not required by the spec. For repositories such as
Alfresco, when a document is created with the default versioning state, there
is an initial immutable version object as well a mutable 'current' version
object that always exists and is the only version that can be checked in or
out. In addition, we can't assume that the object returned by checkin is the
object against which the checkin comment was recorded. We should retrieve the
'latest major version' in order to get this.
