I think it's worth adding in. NPandy is another .net incubating project, and they might have some useful tips on packaging (not to mention the possibility of using it for building at a later date!)
There's also some stuff that could be done with windows code signing and microsoft error reports, which there's experience in within httpd and tomcat, in case there's interest at a later date
