Test Manager • 3+ years of test lead/ management experience and at least 8+ years of test engineering experience • Demonstrated proficiency in planning test strategy for both manual and automated test scenarios • •Demonstrated proficiency in estimating and planning functional, automated and performance testing efforts, test/project management and execution • •Demonstrated proficiency of project/ product meeting test objectives and maintain alignment with product release strategies • •Demonstrated proficiency in test automation tools selection, manage training and resolve technical issues with the test automation tools • •Demonstrated proficiency to analyze and report defect tracking, resource utilization, and other testing metrics for a product and project based assignment • •Demonstrated proficiency in scripting – tool based scripting, Unix shell scripts, VBA, strong SQL skills etc… • •Demonstrated proficiency in black box/ white box testing, functional testing, GUI, System testing, data driven testing, penetration/ security testing • •Experience in preparation of test plan and test case for a diverse application portfolio – client server application, web based application etc.... Experience in embedded, real time systems will be advantageous. • •Experience in coordinating test environment configurations and maintenance • •Should possess strong knowledge of test concepts, practices, and procedures • •Should possess excellent communication, presentation and strong leadership skills • •Should possess strong team building and conflict resolution skills • No. of position – 1 • Work location - Chennai
