ah yeah found that, but left it for dead :)

think the google-groups solution will be much like the already
existing mailing list because of the way it is organized. A normal
forum would provide a flatter solution where posts from long back in
time could be prioritized, and guides, rules and so on could be tagged
important/sticky and so on. Which I think would work better in the way
of not always getting the same topics discussed again and again.
