This is actually a tough question to answer. I would love to see the Cherokee site and documentation translated not only to Spanish, but to Chinese, Bengali, Hindi, Arabic, Portuguese, etc.. There is a huge problem though, we would need a way in which we can keep the main site/documentation in sync with each one of the translations. Actually, we made a test a couple of months ago. There were a group of Mexican guys who started working in the translation of the documentation (thanks guys, you rock!). But it became in a really hard task to accomplish, basically because at the time they were working on the translation we did some changes in the English version and things messes up quite quickly working in that way. My understanding is that the best thing we can to right now is to produce documentation like "How to"s, articles or Blog entries in third party locations. The aim of this idea is to provide useful information on Cherokee in more languages, but trying to keep the "official" information as consistent as possible. What do you think about it? Besides, I would be happy to provide infrastructure of it inside the Cherokee project.. maybe providing blogs or any other tool to let people publish their information around the project. Ideas?
