Some of my closest friends here in Manila (The Philippines) are happy employees of Accenture. In fact, two of them are soon to be married! This is a good example of company doing the right thing. I should get off my ass and send patches myself, though I won't be joining the contest :) Changes to autoconf came up recently, I really need to get mine in.
