as of now  your WOKRING cherokee.conf gets copied to cherokee.conf.backup
and the new DEFAULT cherokee.conf gets installed

so in the mean time we need to excecute  by hand the migration script.

I'll check with Gunnar what's the best approach since he knows better the
.deb package
