It's at the bottom of the page.  Terrible place, I know, especially since
the edit button is always at the top.

Hmm.  Commons is probably where it should go, but I don't know if there is a
way to use an image from commons over one just on wikipedia; normally
commons images are picked up automatically without the use of a prefix tag,
like is necessary to link to other-language wikipedias, or meta.

A good place to go for questions with wikipedia is the help desk[1], or
their irc channel (#wikipedia on freenode, iirc).
