That means that Cherokee detected a problem in the communication with the 
backend server. Thus, it disabled it supposing that there were other servers to 
redirect the traffic to. However, since there was a single backend server, it 
was forced to re-enable it (96 milliseconds later).

I could not tell you for sure what's going on. Maybe the backend is sending a 
broken response or something. I'd have to check the traffic between both server 
to be sure.
