I've revisited and tweaked my php-apc settings, but I wanted to check
some Cherokee assumptions I've made. Can someone who knows the best way
to restart/reload FastCGI/php-cgi workers have a look over the stuff

it's OK? I haven't hit publish yet because I think I might not be using
the best approach to reloading the processes.
