I solved this error by running cherokee-admin as './cherokee-admin -b 192.168.1.198 -p 9090' and it prompts for the username and password.
However, after successful authentication, it display '503 Service Unavailable' error. I don't understand what has gone wrong. Please help me solve this issue.
