The configuration file is either upgraded by the admin/upgrade_config.py 
script, or cherokee-admin itself.

I do not recommend to tweak it by hand.  That's an internal flag that let 
cherokee-admin to know what kind of configuration file it's dealing with.

Odds are the configuration file is compatible between a version and the next 
one, although we have to keep track of it in case some minor change is 
introduced as part of a fix or new feature.
