The configuration file is either upgraded by the admin/upgrade_config.py script, or cherokee-admin itself. > I've manually done it on my server for the last few releases. I do not recommend to tweak it by hand. That's an internal flag that let cherokee-admin to know what kind of configuration file it's dealing with.
