Perhaps you understand me wrong: I installed Cherokee by the Debian/Ubuntu package, not using ./configure, make and make install. All paths are set by the package maintainer, now after the upgrade, everything works but the cherokee-admin is showing a half working interface. That has nothing to do with things that I've done but by the package (maintainer).
