Are you trying to create it by hand for any reason?
If the configuration file doesn't exist, Cherokee Admin will give you
the choice to create a new (valid) configuration.
You can also launch it with the -C parameter to specify a custom
configuration file (that does not need to be present necessarily).

Clearly I am missing something, but I cant understand what. Is there
someone who can show me sample configuration, because i can't find one
out there on the net.
