Hey,

I'm sorry but I don't have the time to do extensive testing, but I solved
this error replacing the webserver from (Rails' default) WEBrick to Thin.
I don't know why, but I can confirm it solves the problem, so I guess
something goes wrong with WEBrick and Cherokee 1.0.5+.
