I think this is a very exiting topic! Thinks like high availabilty, automation, scaling, self healing, etc with Chef or others tools makes a lot of sense.
I haven't seen much of these topics on this list, but I'm certain that a lot of us have thought about this, and some of you might already be working in some of these scenarios. I know that all this might be beyond the scope of the Cherokee project, but it would be nice to have a place were we can collaborate together and tackle these complex scenarios as a community and I also think Chef is a good option. I know there might be a lot of experimentation to do, and I would certainly volunteer for this (with lab time, writing documentation, etc)!
