I have a F**d, 71 model F150, I junked the 351 when a buddy traded me a
tired 350/350 for some other parts. I have been fixing it up for the past
while, got most of the body work done (there wasn't much to be done in the
first place), brakework, I just use it right now to get me around the farm
to pull stuff and "play" with it (this sucker can pull of some killer 180s
and is lots of fun terrorizing the horses with ;) straight manifolds,
nothing else) eventually I will halfway finish it and tag and license it,
until then it is bound to my road (not county) and farm, oh yeah when I'm
really po'ed at the Chevelle this thing is great for taking out anger on,
jump in, take off for the nearest open field and have at it. Its great,
everybody needs a beater they just don't give a crap what happens to it. Oh
yeah, something funny about the engine/tranny combo, no matter how much I
wail on it, it just will not give.... burns oil like there was no tommorrow
but it won't tear up, I tossed it in the truck and have never touched it
since, it even has a Quadrajunk!!! OK nuff bragging about my worthless
F**d, I have a pretty mean Chevelle that likes to eat F**ds, one morning I
came outside and all I saw of the truck was the bumper sticking out from
under the hood of the Chevelle, I had to make her give it back before it was
completely devoured ;)
