  You will find specific info in an assembly manual.  My 72 shows both
bolts are front to rear install. & torqued to 70-90 ft/lb.

Also ball joints show  upper  40-60  & lower  70-90.  Notes to both add :
  do not back off nut to align cotter key.    But again 66 may be
different.
