My Cousins 88 Monte Carlo sits low on the passenger side too. I redid the rear suspension, new trailing arms from Hotckis, junk yard springs, put a rear sway bar on it, and new gas charged shocks. The car still sits a little lower on the passenger side though.. I think it's in part to the car having over 260,000 miles on it. I would assume that the front springs are worn out as well. I'll be putting a motor in it in about a week (lucky me), I'm gonna have to put new control arm bushings, ball joints, shocks, and anything else it needs too seeing is how it can't be driven in a straight line, thing weaves all over the road. The rear sway bar helped it out a little bit. I'll have to check all the steering linkage too.
