i (may) want to retract my statement i said in another email about these doors. the elkie i was talking about was a 68 . all 68-72 doors (el camino) are the same. i used a 68 hardtop door and changed it over to an elkie door using the crunched doors glass and full frame. i myself think you can use a 69 hardtop door and use the frame & glass out of a 68-72 elkie door and make it work. i know if i needed one and had both i would try. the real bummer is i gave away when i moved into a new house a nice tail gate, doors and all the bed trim (perfect shape).
