Welcome aboard, Steve. I have a '69 also that I am restifying like you plan
to do. One thing I have learned the last couple of years is don't let the
"purists" out there discourage you from doing the car the way YOU want it.
Too many guys out there saying "that's not restored correctly." If it is
done to your liking, that is all that matters. Have fun with your project !
