The Olds 12 Bolt has bolt in axles as opposed to the C-clip style axles if the chevy 12 bolt. However the 69 Cutlass S that we have has a chevy 12 bolt under it and not an Olds 12 bolt. But as far as interchange is concerned, they will bolt up no problem. All of the steering linkage, suspension are identical to a chevelle. The seat should bolt into a chevelle. The rear window is different, at least it is on our 69 Cutlass S the windshield maybe the same but I'm not positive. Fuel tank and frame are the same.
