Kelly, We can still send pictures but the total email files size must be smaller than 29kb. Your email was 21kb. The pictue itself was just under 14kb. Low resolution and small photos will keep the photo file size small. If you are not sure of the size of an email is with a photo included, just send it to yourself first. When you get the email back, right click on the email and select properties. The file size will be showing. Another way to see the file size is not to send it out, but put it in the draft folder or tell the program to send later.
