1964-68 used a round door mirror. I carry the Original GM replacement mirror for $69.95 (w/o the bow tie). Repros are available with the bow-tie for $44.95 (U.S. made) or $29.95 (imported). IMO the U.S. mirrors are a little better made, though the differences are minor. Also, from what I've seen so far, the repro mirrors (both U.S. & imported) have a dimple at the end of the "shaft" that the mirror backing plate mounts to, while the original GM ones are rounded (quick way to spot a repro).

 

The 1968-69 Camaro uses the same rectangular mirror that was used on the 69 Chevelle.
