[Chevelle-List] suspension

Since the engine is out of my 69 SS right now.  I need to replace the upper and lower Ball Joints and Control Arm bushings (upper and lower).  Anyone have an recommendations, or tips, on these items.  I've also noticed where they are asking if  the bushings are oval or round? Not sure what they mean or how to tell.  Thanks   Craig 69 chevelle SS
