        Thanks for the testimonial.  Earlier today, I called the Edelbrock tech
line and they told me that it is indeed a direct bolt-in for my original
7029214 original Qjet & I can use my stock fuel line and throttle
linkage, but it is NICE to hear that someone has actually done it  (I'd
like to have my original 7029214 rebuilt and reconditioned someday, but
I'm nervous as heck to send my numbers correct one off to someone I don't
know & may never see it again & have my car "down" during this time to
boot, so I'm going to hunt around for somebody local to rebuild my
original one when the time comes & meanwhile I'll either pick up an
Edelbrock 1910 or an OEM unit new/rebuilt one to put on and run).
