[Chevelle-List] tire and wheel sizing

Howdy,
I'm looking to get a new set of wheels and tires for my 65 Malibu. Right now it has 14 inch wheels with 195-70 tires. The car sits at stock height. I would love to run a wider tire, but I only have about 3/4 of an inch between the sidewall and the fender lip on the rear. Do any of you have any info on what combo will fit and look good? Thanks
