[Chevelle-List] powder coating 65 frame

I could use some help and advice.  I am thinking of powder coating my 65 Malibu's frame and would like to know pros and cons of doing it, where to look to have it done (I am in Las Vegas, NV), and cost.  Would I be better off sand blasting the frame and painting it?  Any help is welcome.  Thanks.
