John,   As you probably know, there was no Yellow offered for 98 Corvettes. The closest thing to yellow was Aztec Gold Metallic. Only fifteen 1998 Corvettes were painted Aztec Gold Metallic (12 coupes and 3 roadsters) in 3 batches of 5. In between batches, adjustments were made to the color resulting in 3 slightly different variations. The color was thence discontinued due to production problems. So, if your 1998 Corvette has a paint code of 58, it is one of only 15 that were painted Aztec Gold Metallic. Now, wouldn't that be nice?   For 1970 Camaro, there was a color called Daytona Yellow (no canary). Paint code #51. Ditzler # 2094, Dupont # 5026LH, and Rinshed-Mason # A-2119.   Good luck, John Nasta       -----Original Message----- John,  My '70 Camaro was Canary Yellow.
