I just ordered an alum rad from http://www.streetrodstuff.com/Products/157/.  They're $298 now plus (mine was) $21 shipping and $50 for A/T cooling. A couple of other folks on Team Chevelle have purchased them and I finally took the plunge - see http://www.chevelles.com/forum/Forum27/HTML/000460.html.
