Tim, You can dye your interior parts black with vinyl prep & vinyl dye. Many OEM interior parts came to the dealership in one color only ( mostly tan and the bodyshop tech dyed it) If you prep the parts correctly and use good quailty prep & dye it will last a long time. On the steering wheel you would be better off replacing it.
