From what I understand the NCOA folded up some time
ago. I was not a member, so I am not sure where to find a "back
issue" of the magazine. Would you have any leads on where to obtain a
copy of the NCOA magazine that featured the car ? I truly
appreciate your taking the time to help.

That is Willard Havens old car (I believe Bob Macy bought it... from Texas?). It was featured in the NCOA magazine, but I cant remember which issue.
