But have you checked the fuse that's in the circuit's of the "F" and "L"
wires?

Also, there is an ol codger that works at Haywire wiring harness &
electrical products that I once seen at a hot rod wiring seminar. He
said he takes questions from people all the time and encourages it. Even
if you haven't bought their products.

Their web site leaves a lot to be desired, but some very knowledgeable
people there. I'd try getting support from them. This area is my weakest
area of electrical systems or I'd try to help more.

I found that diagram, but I've found 3 other sites that that's
incorrect. Also, I tried it that way and it didn't work at all.

As far as consulting the tech support, I tried that and they spoke in
circles around me. I really had no clue what that guy was talking
about. He didn't sound too sure himself, but he used a lot of electrical
jargon
that I'm just not able to follow. Their kits come with a harness for a
12SI alternator and the directions explain how to hook that up. When I
called and mentioned a CS-130 he kind of stumbled and acted like I was
the first one to ever do this or call about it.

I also called Mark at MAD Electrical (some of you may be familiar with
his website... VERY good website if you haven't checked out the tech
section yet DO SO)... and he talked me through my current setup. By all
accounts, this SHOULD work and it's not.

And lastly, there is no fuse for this tan wire at the fuse panel. It
does have 12v though so I know it's okay.

 Thanks for the suggestions.
