I think what he is saying is that if you could sell every part off of every car, that would be the total value. Cars are never worth more than the sum of their parts, especially junk cars. Unfortunately, I loaned my last 2.5 million to a friend just the other day.

This would be cool but, Who in their right mind sells anything that is said to be worth 30-40 million for 2.5 mill???   If it sounds to good to be true--- IT IS!
