I need some help. a club member has a 1972 El Camino which has 1969 tail lights in it? the el camino was built in Van Nuys. has anyone ever ran across this before? we have found no indication of body work in the tail light area. from what i understand 69 tail lights will not fit into the  72 without major modifications one other person has told me they have seen this before. The car has been inspected on a rack and taillights have been pulled. This is one that baffles me. any help would be appreciated
