I
received the QP1200s today.
The
flange is 11/16" thick, machined flat. Should be pretty tough to warp
those.
The
ports will fit a stock small block head (1.4" square).
As far
as the quality goes, looks good EXCEPT
one of
the ports was plugged with sand (from the sand casting)! Couldn't even blow
through it. Good thing I checked; would have been a bear to debug on the
engine.
I
called Sanderson and they will exchange the left side for me. The person said
she had only heard of this happening once before.
Nothing about this header selection seems to be going
smoothly. I'll check the fit on Saturday.
