lol..
when I first bagged my 64, I had a popping noise when raising the rear passenger side..
to figure out what was happening...I put the axle tubes on jack stands, laid under the axle, and had my wife raise and lower the car so I could see what was going on..
It wasn't a very good feeling, considering my car does not raise slowly at all...
Oh well, at least I figured out where the noise was coming from..

No,No, you lay under car with spray gun ready, tell Wife to (hit it),
pull gun trigger let off just before the rear  U joint to end up
