Hey everybody� another lister ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) and I are trying to do a long-distance deal for my El Camino. Neither one of us have done this before and just looking for how other people have done this. He�s thinking of having a delivery company pick the car up from my place.
1) I�m in Ohio, he�s in Minnesota. Ohio titles have to have the seller�s signature notarized. Do I just get my title notarized and mail it? 2) What�s the best way to exchange funds? I�ve sold my cars locally by asking for cash or a bank cashier�s check. 3) What is needed by the delivery company at the point of pickup, in terms of paperwork, title, insurance, etc? 4) Anything else both of us should be aware of?
