Well, I was born in PA but now in MI. I wish I new about this last month(I was in the area for a family reunion)

He's the guy who has MY sway bar. He's in "south central" PA of the PA Tpke (Bedford exit). If you really want to go out there and get it, maybe you could pick up the car cover that he refuses to return to me too, and keep the sway bar for your troubles.
