For the record, I did not mean to imply otherwise. The physical reality though is that it's much faster to get a ground package from OH to VA than it is from CA to PA. I really don't know anything about PAW, but you should be able to contact them and they should be able to tell you the status of your order if you are concerned. Personally, knowing what I know about shipping, I would not assume that there is necessarily a problem. Hopefully you will receive it shortly.

Oops, sorry, they are in OH. Still OH to VA is a much shorter trip. Anything that has to cross the Rocky Mountains takes a week by ground.

5 days is really not a long time for a company in CA to get something to PA, unless you paid extra for 2-day or overnight service.
