They look great. I haven't tried to install them, so I can't comment on fit. Kick panels without vents have been around for a long time though, so I'd imagine fit would not be an issue. I suppose each retailer will determine their own price. I haven't added them to my database yet, so I actually have not come up with a price yet. Suggested retail from the manufacturer is $198/pair, which seems about right to me given what they cost on the wholesale level (they aint cheap).
