I had to make a few tweaks, but yes I think you will be right at 350 HP
and 400 lb-ft torque. I used Dyno2000 and was able to set the engine to
355, 10.5:1, Summit-1104 cam, increased lift to 0.496", selected a dual
plane manifold, 600CFM carburetor, small tube headers with mufflers, and
I had to sub in the GM 462 head because I don't have a 292 in my
dataset. I would assume that they are close, but I don't know. The
1.6:1 rockers will also change other cam specs a bit, but I did not
modify duration and overlap by the few degrees you should get.

Peak HP: 361 @ 5,000 RPM
Peak TQ: 402 @ 4,000 RPM

If you have flow numbers for your heads (or can find a flow file), get
them to me and I'll rerun the simulation. I have old style SBC head
flow files for the 441 (76 cc chamber), 462 (62 cc), and 882 (76 cc)
heads.
