I just priced a water pump for my big block at year one. The web site says $80. I called to order it, he says $89. I say "excuse me". He says it costs more to talk to a real person. I asked "how much is shipping?". $16.
I checked the web site and shipping/handling looks to be $8.25 there. I understand how or why this is, but I really don't like it. It sure has a tendency to drive people away from the phones and to do everything on line... Mark
