My quarry is bagged and in the garage tonight. It has been nearly 28 years, but I am now a Chevelle owner again. I have been casually looking since 2001, and my quest became serious about 5 months ago. I was looking for a car very similar to the one I had years ago, and was able to get pretty close. The biggest difference is this car is automatic and the other was a 4 speed. I just could not pass this one up, from the time if first saw it, I was hooked. Looking at it was like a blast from the past. The car was restored (1998) by the previous owner a retired mechanic. After reading everyone else’s Chevelle adventure for the past 3 years, I will now be able to have my own. Life is good.
