I would find a car with a good rear section, cut yours off and weld the good one on. Should be an easy fix if it's just the section under the trunk. The big problem is if this section is rusted out, how bad is the rest of the frame. It may not be rusted through but it may be in poor condition. I know this isn't what you want to hear but the best fix is replace the frame.
