My 69 El Camino was a four speed car when I got it,Mike. Changing from a Saginaw 4spd to a Viper 6spd was not a bolt-in but not rocket science, either. It entailed fabbing a new trans tunnel, modifying the crossmember, and building a new driveshaft among other things.
