Depends on the year.... 1964-early 1967... the coil springs are bolted to the rear.  Bolt goes through the the bottom of the mount on the rear and has what looks like a "huge washer" that goes inside the bottom of the coil spring.  The top does not get bolted in.
 
Late 67-72, they went with what they call a "cup" design.  The shocks just sit on the rear...on this cup... no bolts.  No bolts on the top either.
