A Hollanders interchange book is helpful but doesn't get into "trick" swaps.

I think the guy in Sweden can use the A-arms, steering box(but maybe not Pitman arm), 
sway bar, and tierods. 
I thnk the other bits become 64-67 vs 68-72.
