I seem to be going through another parts gathering stage. Got a stack of parts going out in the garage. A “new” uncut dash off ebay and an 850 Demon are some of the latest. The biggie came today – my 17” Budnik Fontanas finally showed up! Took them 7 weeks to get them to me, but they are damn nice. I’ll send a link with pictures when I get them mounted tomorrow.

hi gang
yesterday i dropped my differential and removed my 37 year old rear springs and insulators and replaced them both with new insulators (ebay for $9.99 + shipping) and used springs (also from ebay for less than 20 dollars) the ride is 100% better, i still cant believe how smooth it rides.
the suspension was in really bad shape when i got the car 2 years ago.
i would bottom out on rough roads so i got some spring spreaders and used them on the front until i did the disk brake conversion earlier this year, i installed new(er) front springs at that time.i also had spring spreaders on the rear springs, it helped but still would drag on rough roads or speed bumps, nothing as bad as the sound of your flowmasters dragging bottom. It's hell working on a shoestring budget!
anyway, just thought I'd post this to the group, its been kind of quiet lately. Hows everyone Else's projects going?
would love to hear how everyone else is doing.
